Failure to comply with or follow any procedural requirement may result in the exclusion of the Potential Supplier from the Procurement at the Council\u0027s sole discretion.\r\n      \r\n      The requirement is to establish The Contractor will be required to work on, encapsulate and remove all types of asbestos containing materials including disposal to a licensed disposal facility on domestic and non-domestic housing stock.  The work will include making good surfaces on and around where asbestos containing products have been removed for reinstatement by others.\r\n      \r\n      The term of the contract shall be January 2026 until 4th January 2031 followed by a 3-year extension option and a further 2-year extension option (to a maximum of 10 years); at the sole discretion of the Council.",
