    "description": "Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of a Destination Management Service for Hertfordshire - Visit Herts\r\n      \r\n      Hertfordshire LEP and Hertfordshire County Council established Hertfordshire\u0027s first Destination Management Service \u0027Visit Herts\u0027 in July 2015, to support, develop and grow Hertfordshire\u0027s Visitor Economy. The programme has successfully evolved to provide business support to businesses in the sector and to align to Hertfordshire\u0027s economic development activities, something we are looking to continue and build upon in the next iteration of the service, which is the requirement for this contract. The ambition of Hertfordshire County Council and Hertfordshire Future\u0027s is that Visit Herts reputation nationally continues to be that of a leading Destination Management Service, supporting the visitor economy in the widest possible context. The contract is for a sector specific initiative delivered as a holistic service, where it would not be practical, economical or have sufficient scale to split into lots.\r\n      \r\n      This procurement is an open process.  Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to \u0027express an interest\u0027 and also \u0027opt in\u0027 which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.\r\n      \r\n      To be considered as a Tenderer you must complete and submit a Tender by the deadline of 12 noon on 21st February 2025.\r\n      \r\n      Please allow sufficient time to make your return, as Tender submissions cannot be uploaded and submitted after this return deadline. \r\n      \r\n      Please ensure that where possible documents are uploaded as a PDF and that file names are succinct.  \r\n      \r\n      Any questions relating to this procurement must be made via correspondence on the website, in accordance with the procurement documents, and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above.\r\n      \r\n      Please note that the contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.\r\n      \r\n      Please Note the TUPE Employee Liability Information for this procurement has been provided along with other documentation for this procurement.
