    "description": "To better understand how resilience to synthetic opioids can be strengthened across London.\u202f This tender is comprised of the following three lots: \r\n      \r\n      Lot 1: Assurance of local synthetic opioid preparedness plans  - To collate and critically review available preparedness plans, within the London region, to identify and highlight examples of good practice. \r\n      \r\n      Lot 2: London resilience planning event\u202f - To design and run a table-top exercise with key regional partners, using pre-prepared London-specific scenarios, identifying potential resilience gaps and supporting partners in understanding how to address them collaboratively. \r\n      \r\n      Lot 3: London needle and syringe exchange needs assessment  - To address a critical knowledge gap regarding the need in London for needle exchange services (NEX) and the current provision. Insights generated will support the development of options for London around potential service models. \r\n      \r\n      The total budget across the 3 Lots is allocated as follows:  \r\n      \r\n      Lot 1: \u00a39,000 \r\n      \r\n      Lot 2: \u00a310,000 \r\n      \r\n      Lot 3: \u00a320,000\r\n\r\nAdditional information: The Centre for Public Innovation was awarded Lot 1 (\u00a39,000) in which 2 bids were received and Lot 3 (\u00a320,000) in which 3 bids were received.  \r\n        \r\n        Cranstoun Services was awarded Lot 2 (\u00a39,400) in which 1 bid was received.\r\n        \r\n        All Contracts started on 01/09/2025 with Lot ending on 01/12/2025, Lot 2 ending on 02/01/2026 and Lot 3 ending on 30/01/2026.",
