    "description": "Project Summary\r\n\r\nThe council has received planning permission, subject to conditions, to demolish and remove the existing storage shed and container and replace this with a new construction in an adjacent location.\r\n\r\nThe council wishes to achieve value for money for its parishioners and hence is flexible with respect to the detailed design and specification of the new construction.\r\nYour proposal should be in accordance with all elements of the permission and the risk assessment, Tree Protection and Arboricultural Method Statement. \r\n\r\nPre-Construction Preparation\r\n\r\nPlease detail the costs for any items of preparation, to meet any conditions or regulatory matters that are required but not yet, in your opinion, satisfied for the project to go ahead to construction.\r\n\r\nBuilding Specification\r\n\r\nThe proposed building specifications must meet the basic design and requirements set out in the planning permission. The Council will not consider applications that in not in accordance with the permission and the conditions therein.\r\n\r\nPlease supply a proposed design and the specifications for the building and any foundation, and a fixed price quotation for the supply and construction of the new building and its foundation. If any elements of the project cannot be fixed in price, please contact the Council in advance of submitting the tender.\r\n\r\nSecurity\r\n\r\nPlease indicate how the building would be secured.\r\n\r\nLife of the new building\r\n\r\nPlease include an estimated life-span for the building, and also all applicable warranties provided for the building and any specific elements.\r\n\r\nTimeline and payment terms for the project\r\n\r\nPlease include an estimated timeline for the construction of the building to completion and the required payment terms.\r\n\r\nDemolition and removal\r\n\r\nTransfer of equipment\r\n\r\nFollowing the completion of the new construction, the Council will arrange for equipment to be transferred to the new building, prior to demolition of the old building. A time limit for this transfer should be indicated in your proposal, if applicable.\r\n\r\nDemolition and Removal\r\n\r\nPlease include a quotation for the demolition and removal of the existing building and the container. The site should be left clear of any made-made material. Please detail how the existing elements would be disposed of.\r\n\r\nTimeline and payment terms for the project\r\n\r\nPlease include an estimated timeline for the demolition and removal of the building and container and the required payment terms.\r\n\r\nIf you are interested in tendering, please email clerk@littlemarlowparishcouncil.org.uk requesting an Intention to Tender form which needs to be returned to Little Marlow Parish Council by 2nd May 2024 by email or post.",
