Description

BT1765 Luton Procurement Consultant Support Service: The council is looking for a critical friend, a consultant , who has the capacity and capability to provide expert technical advice, support and recommendation to council staff involved in the LEVI ITT process. The council will expect the consultant(s) to have prior experience and knowledge of chargepoint operator operations, procurement projects, concession contracts, commercial negotiation and the CCR16 tendering process. This procurement is compliant with PCR15 regulations.
