    "description": "The Authority requires access to physical development facilities in the vicinity of the Middlesbrough and the Contractor shall provide the following: \r\n \r\na.\tMembership for up to 80 personnel per annum. \r\n \r\nb.\tA cardiovascular (CV) training area to include impact and low-impact equipment running, cross fit and rowing machines as well as exercises bikes (to include spin bikes) to ensure participation by personnel of all fitness levels. \r\n \r\nc.\tA weights area consisting of free weights including dumbbells, bar bells and kettle bells as well as resistance equipment and strength and conditioning equipment. \r\n \r\nd.\tArrange an induction to the Gym within 10 working days of the application been received. \r\n \r\n4.\tAccess to male and female showers and changing facilities is required including individual lockable lockers and toilets. \r\n \r\n5.\tThe location of the facility should be within 3 miles of James Cook University Hospital. \r\n \r\n6.\tProvide advance notice of known closure periods no less than 24 hrs prior to use to the Designated Officer (DO) via phone.  An alternative option to be provided by the Contractor as contingency should the gym become defective and unusable for a period of time of more than 3 calendar days.  This facility must be to the agreement of the Authority and at no extra charge to the Authority. \r\n \r\n7.\tAccess is required at the following times: \r\n \r\n\ta. \tIndividual Training: \r\n \r\nMon-Fri :  0600-2200 hrs \r\nSat-Sun :  0800-2000 hrs \r\nBank holidays:  0800-2000 hrs",
