    "description": "Trident Housing Association is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced utility broker for a contract duration of three (3) years. The appointed broker will be responsible for sourcing and securing an initial one (1) year fixed supply of electricity or gas for over 200 residential properties managed by Trident Housing Group, and look to advise and secure on the supply beyond the initial year.\r\n\r\nThe broker will be required to assess the energy needs of the properties, negotiate competitive pricing with energy suppliers, and provide ongoing support throughout the supply period including bill validation.
