    "description": "Quotations are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the \"Council\") from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of the Kirklees User Involvement and Kirklees Action Networks across Kirklees.\r\nThe scheme is to provide an advocacy support service to people with a learning disability which promotes and supports the joint planning of health and social care services and other appropriate community services for people with a learning disability.  It is to improve choice and control people with learning disabilities have about their own lives, and promote independence.
