    "description": "Ash Bay Settling pit - Replace existing pipework and modify\r\nWe have an issue with our Ash Bay Settling pit (swimming pool), the drainage is damaged and problematic.\r\nWe first need to reinvest in the existing pipework, replace/reinstate the missing piece of pipe from the pit and ensure we have an automated hydraulic clearing system installed, with two stab-ins within the pit pipework.
