    "description": "The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market of a potential opportunity to participate in a Programme partnership. STFC is seeking to establish a construction-related professional partnership to support its proposed estate transformation programme. STFC is a world-leading research and innovation organisation, with a unique role within UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). UKRI is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT). This will be a national contract covering Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and The Cosener\u0027s House, Oxfordshire, Chilbolton Observatory, Stockbridge, Daresbury Laboratory, Warrington, The Royal Observatory, Edinburgh, and Boulby Underground Laboratory, Cleveland. STFC intends to engage with potential providers through a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) event, followed by subsequent PME activities. The publication of this early engagement opportunity is voluntary and does not represent a commitment by the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) to initiate, run, or complete a full procurement competition for the services described.",
