    "description": "The Council has in place an existing contract for cleaning services at Corporate Properties across the council. This includes Offices, Day Care Centres, Libraries, etc. This will now be re-procured. At present there are circa 60 properties within the existing contract however, this number may reduce over the next three years as the Council continues its programme of consolidation of assets.
