    "description": "This GreenSquareAccord tender project is to complete Phase 2 Masonry at Somerford Place. Contract to be completed by 1st March 2027 followed by a 12-month defect liability period from the end of the project completion.\r\n      \r\n      This tender is being conducted through GreenSquareAccord`s Supplier Portal and all documentation is only available via this portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/greensquare\r\n      \r\n      Submissions must be made via this portal.
