Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Support Transport.\r The service categories covered by the DPS are:\r - mainstream home to school transport,\r - Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) transport,\r - social care transport.\r Services will mainly be required within the Oxfordshire boundary and in some cases within bordering counties.
