    "description": "Ref: Passenger lift modernisation 20 Rouen Rd\r\nWe thank you for your valued enquiry and have pleasure in submitting the following\r\nquotation.\r\nProposal is to supply and install the following items: -\r\n\u2022 New lift controller\r\n\u2022 New lift machinery.\r\n\u2022 New hoisting system e.g., belts and ropes\r\n\u2022 New fixtures and fittings - vandal resistant\r\n\u2022 New control operating panel\r\n\u2022 New door operator\r\n\u2022 Replacement door rollers and set up of existing doors.\r\nAdditional works required as part of project / builders.\r\n\u2022 To enlarge 2 x existing rope holes in lift shaft ceiling slab by approximately 30mm. To diamond drill 1x new core hole in shaft ceiling slab approximately 55mm diameter. Quote/cost based on: full access to topside and under side of shaft ceiling slab being no more than 300mm thick.\r\n\u2022 To supply and install a new gas strut assisted opening hatch approximately 800mm x 1200mm with FB4 lock and under side cover sleeve, Incorporating a removable 2 bar handrail with kick boards. Remove waste from site.",
