    "description": "This is a re-opening of the Framework for \u0027Community Based Support and Accommodation Based Services for homeless people (and those at risk of homelessness) CPU3880\u0027, which was previously advertised on the Find A Tender Service on the 4th October 2022.\r\nAs this is a re-opening of an existing framework, this process will be conducted under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 but with the flexibility provided by the Light Touch Regime (Regulation s74 to 77).\r\n\r\nProviders currently on the Framework do not need to reapply, unless they wish to tender for a Lot they are not currently on.\r\n\r\nNottingham City Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified providers to add to an existing multiple provider framework for Community Based Support (CBS)and Accommodation Based Services (ABS) for homeless people (and those at risk of homelessness). \r\n\r\nBoth ABS and CBS services will include (but not limited to) the following: \r\n\u2022\tSingle people aged 16+\r\n\u2022\tFamilies\r\n\u2022\tPeople with protected characteristics\r\n\u2022\tRough Sleepers\r\n\u2022\tPeople from abroad\r\n\u2022\tPeople discharged from hospital\r\n\u2022\tPeople leaving prison\r\n\u2022\tCare leavers\r\n\u2022\tSurvivors of domestic abuse\r\n\u2022\tIndividuals with specialist needs\r\n\u2022\tIndividuals who have/are experiencing Severe and Multiple Disadvantage (SMD) \r\n\r\nServices have been classified into Lots (detailed below), each with an additional specification outlining further detailed requirements.  Providers will apply to be registered on the procurement framework against the Lot(s) of their choice.  ABS and CBS Services will then be called off from the Lots with exacting details. \r\n\r\nLot\tLot Description\r\n1\tSupported Accommodation for Homeless Individuals\r\n2\tTransition Services for Homeless People from Abroad\r\n3\tTemporary Accommodation for Homeless Households\r\n4\tHomelessness Prevention and Assessment Hub\r\n5\tOutreach, Navigation and Engagement Services for Homeless Households\r\n6\tHomelessness Prevention and Resettlement Services\r\n7\tYouth Homelessness Prevention Services\r\n8\tEmployment Placements and Support for Homeless Households\r\n9\tVulnerable Renters Support Services\r\n\r\nThe framework contract duration is for 4 years and commenced in April 2023.\r\nThe call-off contracts made under the framework could be for longer than the framework term.\r\nThe total value of the framework agreement is estimated at up to a maximum of \u00a360 million.  \r\nApplication documents can be downloaded from www.eastmidstenders.org\r\nThe closing date for receipt of completed Application Forms is 12 noon, 14 May 2025.\r\n\r\n",
