    "description": "Milestone extension:\\r\r\nThe Victims Gateway project ambition is to develop a digital solution that transforms the way victims and survivors\u0027 access, engage, and interact with victim services across Greater Manchester in a way that reflects the journey of a victim, and enables better use of data to inform decision-making. \\r\r\n\\r\r\nThis digital solution will put the needs of victims front and centre, allowing them to track and manage their own service journey, as well as access services at a time convenient to them, with the flexibility to engage and re-engage over time as their needs change. \\r\r\n\\r\r\nIn addition to managing their own service journey, they will also be able to access helpful resources under the form of materials and the option to ask experts for information. \\r\r\n\\r\r\nUBDS Digital are the digital supplier building the gateway and will provide a managed service for 12 months following the gateway going live.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nManaged Service:\\r\r\n6 months: full management of Victims Gateway (technical and web content).\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tService Desk support\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tBank of Developer days\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tUpdating web content \\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tKnowledge sharing with GMCA staff\\r\r\n\\r\r\n6 months: reduced management of Victims Gateway (transition of technical and web content management to GMCA).\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tService Desk support\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tBank of Developer days\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tUpdating web content \\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tKnowledge sharing with GMCA staff",
