    "description": "3.1.\tWe are seeking to appoint one supplier for the materials/products detailed below.  \r\n\r\nLot 1 Kitchen Supply, Design and Spares\r\nLot 2 Manufacture of spare doors and draw fronts for legacy kitchens\r\n\r\n3.2.\tEstimated annual spend of:\r\n\r\nLot 1 \u00a3900,000 Based on a potential 800no.  Kitchens.\r\n\t\tLot 2 \u00a378000 Based on current usage.\r\n\r\n3.3.\tThe estimated annual value is detailed above this is based on historical usage. KWL can offer no guarantee of spend, volume or frequency of orders made to any supplier. \r\n\r\n3.4.\tThe supplier must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and in order to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL may seek other suppliers in the event of service failure, excessive lead times or change in quality etc.\r\n\r\n3.5.\tThe contract will be for a 2-year period commencing on Tuesday 1st April.
