The City Learning Quarter programme is a partnership between the Council and the City of Wolverhampton College. The Phase 2 project includes the creation of a new main city centre College Campus at Old Hall Street / St George's Parade and the Metro 1 site. Construction work is in progress and due to practically complete in September 2025.
