Central to this is developing a responsive, integrated labour market system that enables all people to achieve their full potential, and which provides the talent that Greater Manchester\u0027s businesses need for the future.\r\n\r\nIn support of our Essential Work Skills Contract with Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), The Growth Company (GC) is seeking to identify delivery partners with the capability and capacity to deliver a high-quality service offer to enable GC to rapidly respond to Greater Manchester\u0027s Organisations and Individuals Essential Work Skills needs. \r\nA key purpose of this commission is to support the wider development and preparation for a GM Adult Skills offer - GMs Skills for Life and Work.  GMCA are keen to understand what works well for Greater Manchester businesses and residents and we can ensure the skills offer and delivery is fit for purpose.\r\nPart of GM\u0027s Adult Skills Programme, this commission will provide support to Employers with their Workforce Development needs and deliver tailored and contextualised Essential Work Skills (Literacy, ESOL, Digital \u0026 Numeracy), where this is currently a gap in provision for Employers and their Workforce across Greater Manchester. GMCA want to ensure businesses can access the skills and talent they need, by providing high quality learning, and wrapping support around individuals, enabling them to realise their potential.\r\nFor the purposes of this commission, when GC say Employed GM Residents we mean:\r\n\u2022\t19+ Residents in employment (including apprentices)\r\no\tIn certain circumstances we can support individuals aged 18 (by GMCA approval)\r\n\u2022\tSelf-employed residents\r\n\u2022\tVolunteers and Unpaid Workers.\r\n\r\nTo apply for this tender opportunity, please register as a supplier on the Panacea Supplier Platform at the following web address: https://app.panacea-software.com/growth\r\n \r\nOnce you have accessed the site, to view the opportunity you need to navigate to \u0027Register Interest\u0027, click the \u0027Participate\u0027 Button, then navigate to \u0027My Questionnaires\u0027 where you will be able to download the documents.
