    "description": "The Authority had a requirement for Cost Consultancy Services to manage and advise the Trust in delivery of the Aseptics suite refurbishment (Phase 1) project for the below RIBA Stages.\r\n\r\nRIBA 3 - April 2025 to\r\nRIBA 4 - February 2026\r\nRIBA 5 - February 2026 to June 2027,\r\nRIBA 6 - June to December 2027,\r\n\r\nThis requirement had been undertaken because the Trust had a requirement for a Cost Consultant to provide cost consultancy services to manage and advise the Trust in the delivery of the Aseptic Suite refurbishment for Phase 1. The Cost Consultant was required to commence on 1st April 2025. Due to time constraints, a direct award procedure via the Procure Partnerships Framework, Quantity Surveying Services section, was deemed the most appropriate process. The framework monitors the progress of the scheme and Avison Young will submit quarterly reports updating the framework on their progress.",
