Description

Participation in Transport Focus' annual Your Bus Journey Survey that provides detailed analysis on passenger satisfaction in Cornwall and national benchmarking data. This analysis is used in monitoring and evaluation of the Bus Service Improvement Plan and Bus Fares Pilot - Government-funded schemes that we are required to report on. This survey is established annually and a single supplier exception is in place to allow the extension of this contract to covers years 2025, 2026 and 2027 survey - effective end date of final survey 31 March 2028
