    "description": "The services will: \r\n\r\na) follow the award of a Property Freezing Order in favour of HMRC to allow HMRC to remove assets where HMRC can evidence property/assets have been obtained through unlawful conduct or organised crime. A \"Property Freezing Order\" freezes assets or property (i.e. legally prevent the disposal of those assets by a respondent).\r\n\r\nb) The services will follow the award of an Order for Sale in favour of HMRC. An \"Order for Sale\" is a court order to sell a property or an asset so a debt can be paid out of the proceeds of the sale.\r\n\r\n\u0027This call-off contract has nil contractual value. Supplier fees are paid from liquidated assets recovered during delivery and not from contracting authority funds\u0027.",
