    "description": "ARK Group DMCC intends to procure one (1) B6-certified armoured SUV to support the establishment of a Tactical Police Training Centre for the Haitian National Police (HNP) in northern Haiti. This is an urgent requirement, and ARK is seeking a new vehicle with a short lead time. Delivery must be made under Incoterms DAP to northern Haiti.\r\n\r\nProduct Requirements\r\n\r\nCEN B6 ballistic protection (EN 1063 / EN 1522) with independent certification\r\nBase: Toyota Land Cruiser or equivalent (4x4, diesel, automatic, RHD)\r\nBullet-resistant glass (all sides), operable front windows\r\nRun-flat tyres, protected fuel tank, battery and ECU\r\nSeating capacity: minimum 5 passengers\r\nWarranty: at least 12 months or 20,000 km\r\nIntegrated armouring with no loss of performance\r\n\r\nTender Document\r\n\r\nInterested suppliers should email procurement@arkgroupdmcc.com to request a copy of the tender document and confirm that they meet the following criteria:\r\n\r\nManufacturer or authorised armouring firm (no agents or resellers)\r\nISO 9001:2015 (or equivalent) certified\r\nExperience supplying armoured vehicles to diplomatic, multilateral, or government clients\r\nCapacity to deliver to northern Haiti through Cap Haitian\r\n\r\nDisclaimer\r\n\r\nARK reserves the right to modify or cancel this procurement process at any stage without obligation or liability to bidders.",
