    "description": "Sunninghill \u0026 Ascot Parish Council is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and facilities that comprise the children\u0027s playground known as the Playground, located at South Ascot Recreation Ground, Victoria Road, South Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 9DR.\r\n\r\nThe original play equipment was installed over 20 years ago and is now at the end of its working life (it is possible that the boundary fencing and play area gates can be retained).\r\n\r\nSunninghill \u0026 Ascot Parish Council (the Employer) wishes to procure the services of a suitable contractor to undertake the design, manufacture and construction necessary to replace the play equipment listed and described below (the Works):\r\n\r\nOur Ref.\tItem\tScope\r\n\r\nSAP201\tBarriers\tTo be removed.\r\nSAP202\tFencing\tTo be retained if possible.
