    "description": "The Council is seeking a provider of nursing care and clinical oversight services at Millvina and Brushwood care homes currently being operated by the Council.\r\n\r\nThe Council is looking for a provider who is CQC registered and has significant experience of providing nursing care and clinical oversight services as part of the wider health and care system.\r\n\r\nIt is expected that the contract will have an initial term (excluding mobilisation period) of 12 months with an option to extend up to a maximum contract term of 6 years.\r\n\r\nThis is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The award of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.",
