However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.\r\n        Chelmsford City Council is tendering on behalf of 3 local authorities for the provision of CCTV Capital Works and/or a maintenance. The procurement process will be an open procedure for the provision of new equipment, including installation and integration with the current system, and the establishment of a maintenance agreement for the current system alongside the maintenance of the enhanced equipment.\r\n        \r\n        The Council is looking to fulfil two separate contracts which cover the following:\r\n        Contract 1 - CCTV Capital Works \u0026 Maintenance on behalf of Chelmsford City Council and Maldon District Council\r\n        Contract 2- CCTV Maintenance Contract - Epping Forest District Council",
