    "description": "The Council require a training Provider to provide/contribute to the annual CPD requirements for legal updates for social workers at the Council, who undertake Achieving Best Evidence interviews. Achieving Best Evidence (ABE) is the national protocol for interviewing children and vulnerable adults as part of a criminal investigation.\r\n\r\nThis is required to ensure that the Council is able to meet their statutory obligations to provide an appropriate adult service to the children and young people in Leicestershire. The training will support the Children and Family service to provide safe, effective interventions to the children and young people in Leicestershire, in accordance with all relevant legislation.\r\n",
