    "description": "We are inviting expressions of interest from qualified and experienced sub-contractors for the delivery of our Drainage Survey Works Package as part of an upcoming infrastructure project.\r\nThis package will include:\r\nTopographical surveys\r\nManhole cover lift inspections\r\nClosed-Circuit Television (CCTV) drainage surveys\r\n\r\nThe Contractor must comply with the technical requirements outlined in the project specification, including:\r\nPre-cleansing of existing drainage systems prior to CCTV inspection, in accordance with MCHW Clause 509.\r\nAccurate data capture and reporting aligned with relevant industry standards and best practices.\r\nOn-site refinement and confirmation of survey extents based on a high-level desktop study and supporting appendices.\r\n\r\nInterested sub-contractors must demonstrate:\r\nProven experience in delivering similar drainage survey works.\r\nCompetence in using WRC-compliant CCTV equipment and coding.\r\nRobust health, safety, and environmental management systems.\r\nAppropriate certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and familiarity with the Specification for Highway Works Series 500.\r\n\r\nTo express your interest and receive further details-including pre-qualification requirements and tender timelines-please respond to this notice by 15.10.25.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: The Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) is a new road to better connect Essex and Kent through a tunnel beneath the River Thames.
