    "description": "Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for High Intensity Supported Accommodation with Floating Support. \r\n      \r\n      The Contract will commence on 01 July 2025 and will be for a period of 3 years (with the option to extend for a further 2 years).\r\n      \r\n      Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14:00 hrs on Monday 03 March 2025.  \r\n      \r\n      How to obtain the Tender Documents\r\n      The Tender documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting `Tenders` then `Current` and \u0027View Details\u0027 on the relevant tender advert and clicking the \u0027Express Interest\u0027 tab. Once in the tender there are five tabs - \u0027Tender\u0027, \u0027ITT - documents\u0027, \u0027Correspondence\u0027, \u0027Clarifications\u0027 and \u0027History\u0027. Select the 2nd tab (ITT - documents) where you will find useful information under \u0027Tender Details\u0027 continue to scroll down to the heading \u0027Tender Documents Received\u0027 where you will be able to view / download the documents.\r\n      \r\n      Please download all the documents and read very carefully.\r\n      \r\n      Opting In and Opting Out\r\n      Please note you are required to \u0027Opt In\u0027 before you can access the \u0027My tender Return\u0027 to start populating your response. \r\n      \r\n      PLEASE NOTE you are required to \u0027Opt In\u0027 to view \u0026 complete the Questionnaire for this project. \r\n      \r\n      The \u0027Opt Out\u0027 functionality will also be available throughout the duration of the tender process.
