    "description": "The requirement consists of undertaking an evaluation of the new SSAIDP training. This training involves a 3-week interactive and blended programme that will explore the dynamics and psychology of sexually abusive relationships, counteracting myths/misconceptions about sexual offending and victim behaviours, including complaint delays, lack of physical injuries, and the continued relationship with perpetrators.\r\nThe Supplier will deploy a robust exploratory quasi-experimental model to assess the effectiveness of the SSAIDP training on RASSO police investigator attitudes. The Supplier will examine the outcomes in at least five police force areas. This will be supplemented by a process evaluation that will assess the efficacy of the SSAIDP training focusing on one force, with supplementary interviews in one other force.\r\nPhase 1 must be completed and accepted no later than 31 March 2025.  Phase 2 deliverables would need to be completed by 30 November 2025.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: RFI issued to all relevant suppliers",
