    "description": "WNC is seeking a supplier to undertake the following aspects of demolition and delivery of site for Ecton Brook a former elderly care home.\r\n      We are needing the awarded supplier to :\r\n      \r\n      The scope of works  for this project will include: \r\n      \r\n       1.Production of a demolition method statement and delivery plan and submit this to meet the planning condition.  \r\n      \r\n      2. Demolition: Complete demolition of the former Ecton Brook Elderly Persons House, including all associated structures and foundations (unless otherwise specified).\u202f \r\n      \r\n      3.Asbestos Removal: Identification, removal, and disposal of all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.\u202f \r\n      \r\n      4.Waste Management: Segregation, recycling, and disposal of all waste materials in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011.\u202f \r\n      \r\n      5. Site Security: Ensure the site is left secure, with all hazards removed, and boundaries made safe for the public.\u202f",
