    "description": "The Council of the Borough of Kirklees is seeking to establish a programme for the delivery of tutor-led, non-accredited, community-based numeracy/mathematics courses. \r\n\r\nThe Bitesize model offers funding of up to \u00a310,000, with delivery expected over a two-year period, providing flexibility and sustainability. We expect courses to be a minimum of 15 guided learning hours (GLH), though longer courses are welcome. All pilot activity should have numeracy embedded-either as a core focus or integrated into the wider learning outcomes-to support the development of essential maths skills in real-life contexts. \r\n\r\nThis procurement exercise for Count Me In (the \"Services\") is being conducted as a General Further Competition (\"Further Competition\") under the Electronic Market Place (EMP) Ref: KMCAS-164; Provision of Adult Education, Training, Employment \u0026 Lifelong Learning (the \"EMP\").\r\n\r\nThe estimated value of the Services to be awarded is \u00a3310,000 for the duration of the contract 1st September 2025 to 31st May 2027 (2 x Academic years). \r\n\r\nThe anticipated commencement date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 1st September 2025.",
