Description

Oakham Town Council require the complete refurbishment of a toilet block on Church Street Oakham. The Toilet block was built some twenty years ago and the internal infrastructure i.e. the urinals , toilets , wash basins etc are showing their age. It is therefore required to completely strip the interior and modernise the facility including heating, air ventilation, lighting and retiling.
