    "description": "Library Lighting Solution at two venues Central Library and Wednesbury Library\r\n      \r\n      Overview\r\n      \r\n      The Council wishes to purchase two lighting and sound solutions, plus presentation equipment, for two cultural spaces situated in Wednesbury and Central Library.\r\n      \r\n      The procurement would be to provide the equipment for both venues this needs to include lighting, sound and presentation equipment.\r\n      Central Library room dimensions: 14m x 10m; ceiling 3.8m to 5.8m\r\n      Wednesbury Library room dimensions: 14m x 8.5m; ceiling 2.5m to 4m\r\n      \r\n      The equipment must be easy for the operator to use but allow for future additionality.\r\n      \r\n      Installation work should ensure the Grade-II listed status of both buildings is respected, and drilling required should be identified in survey plans.\r\n      \r\n      Site surveys are highly recommended to provide the best response.\r\n      \r\n      Contract length will be for three years, to include support and maintenance for that duration.\r\n      \r\n      The total cost for this project including equipment, training, delivery, installation and annual support and maintenance for the duration of the contract (and any other costs for delivering this contract in line with the Specification) MUST NOT EXCEED \u00a399,999 including VAT. \r\n      \r\n      The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.\r\n      \r\n      From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents.\r\n      \r\n      To submit a quotation you will be required to \u0027Opt In\u0027.\r\n      \r\n      For a Step by Step user guide to the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal please click on the `Guidance for Suppliers` section of the website.
