These staff support individuals with advanced care needs, including:\r\n\r\n\u2022\tMedication Administration (Diabetes management involving blood sampling and injections)\r\n\u2022\tEpilepsy Management (administration of midazolam via buccal or nasal routes in emergencies)\r\n\u2022\tPercutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) Care and Feeding\r\n\u2022\tCatheter Care\r\n\u2022\tOther medical needs as and when required\r\n\r\nTraining includes competency assessments, will be delivered at Council-provided venues across North Yorkshire, and will be demand led.",
