The Contractor shall develop the design based on Leicestershire County Council (LCC) standard school design for a 2FE (two storey school) to the LCC / DfE generic brief specifications, LCC local policies (such as LCC net zero low carbon standards and sprinklers inclusion).\r\n\r\nThe scope of this contract is preconstruction services. \r\n\r\nThe awarded value of the Preconstruction Services Agreement is \u00a3432,550.69 ex VAT.",
