Description

Supported Living Accommodation for the provision personal care and support over a 24-hour period to adults aged 18 years and over who are living within supported living accommodation who have been assessed by the Council as being eligible for support under the Care Act 2014. The aim of the Service is to enable adults to live independently in their own homes through the provision of personalised, high quality care and support services over a 24-hour period and by staff who are based on site at the Scheme. Contract awarded via Light Touch.
