    "description": "The aims of this project are to: \r\n\u2022 replace and upgrade the existing play structures as pictured:\r\n\u2022 meet the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 \r\n\r\nDocuments to be submitted\r\n\u2022 Form of tender \r\n\u2022 Detailed quotation including \r\no the total project cost of removal and disposal of existing equipment, \r\no design (including illustration for assessment of play value), \r\no installation, \r\no resurfacing, \r\no commissioning,\r\no independent post-installation safety inspection. \r\n\u2022 An explanation of how materials and processes of installation will be \r\nenvironmentally sustainable.\r\n\u2022 An outline of expected timeline including a commitment to a completion date. \r\n\u2022 A summary of two similar projects that you have delivered successfully elsewhere with contact details for at least two referees.\r\n\u2022 Details for any subcontractors to be employed on the contract. \r\n\u2022 Confirmation that insurance for Public Liability is in place for all contractors working on the Contract with a minimum sum insured of \u00a35,000,000.\r\n\u2022 Details of any warranties or guarantees provided.\r\n\u2022 Confirmation of compliance with BS EN 1176.\r\n\u2022 Copies of any test certificates that apply to the equipment.\r\nAny questions relating to the tender should be submitted by email to \r\ncouncil@stroudtown.gov.uk by 4 October 2024.
