    "description": "The Amberley part of the Downs to the Sea project is focusing on repairing and upgrading the infrastructure on site, to allow easier management and access. This will help with site restoration. Amberley is a very complex wetland site. Infrastructure on site has been untouched for many years and is now in disrepair. This makes access around site very difficult. With the added complexity of \u0027peat bubbles\u0027 and lack of water control, trying to carry out management is near impossible.\r\n\r\nThe first phase of this work involves upgrading an access track to allow better management of the wetland.\r\n\r\nFor full details, please see the attached Invitation to Tender document.",
