    "description": "We are seeking agencies across a number of LOTs, to help us with branding, positioning and marketing across Regeneration and Development projects in addition to Workplace and Lifestyle leasing.\r\n                            \r\n                            There is a major focus on producing the high quality marketing collateral, content and campaigns to match the product or place. \r\n                            \r\n                            The agency should have experience and a strong understanding of place, pre-leasing campaigns, marketing high quality buildings and spaces in Central London with stand-out design capabilities. It is essential the selected consultants can generate innovative ideas and can demonstrate sound project management skills.  \r\n                            \r\n                            This will include securing pre-lets across our portfolio through brand building and digital innovation.  Given the diversity within our portfolio projects will be varied, and we will be seeking to appeal to a broad range of occupiers, including financial, professional, science and innovation, corporate, media, retail, and f\u0026b. \r\n                            \r\n                            We are also seeking agencies that have development experience and are able to support us to deliver best in class development positioning, place branding and broader brand messaging, marketing and consultation for large scale development and regen projects.",
