    "description": "The DVLA is an Executive Agency of the Department for Transport (DfT),\r\nbased in Swansea. The\r\nDVLA\u0026apos;s primary aims are to facilitate road safety and general law\r\nenforcement by maintaining\r\naccurate registers of drivers and vehicle keepers and to collect Vehicle\r\nExcise Duty (VED).\r\nIn March 2005 the DVLA entered a 20-year PFI Contract for the\r\nrefurbishment of the estate and\r\nthe provision of facilities management (\"FM\") services. The overarching\r\nPFI agreement will\r\nexpire on 31st March 2025.\r\nDVLA requires a Compliance Services Service provider from the point of\r\nexit commencing\r\n01/04/2025 across the DVLA\u0026apos;s Swansea estate, comprising of Morriston,\r\nSwansea Vale and Ty\r\nFelin and Ty Forest in Fforestfach. DVLA requires bidders to provide\r\ninnovative proposals in\r\nresponse to this Specification to assist DVLA\u0026apos;s strategy of providing\r\nmodern services across all\r\ntheir services.\r\nDVLA requires a Compliance Services Service provider to provide a service\r\n24/7, 365 days a\r\nyear, for an initial 5-year Contract term with the option to extend on a 5\r\n+1year, +1year basis.\r\nThe services listed within this section, outline the innovative, proactive,\r\nand preventative\r\nmeasures expected.\r\nRequirements are broken down into three sections as follows:\r\nA - Fire Risk Assessment\r\nB - Water Risk Assessment\r\nC - Asbestos Re-Inspection",
