The facilities are to include new four court sports hall in the existing bowls hall, a multipurpose studio, fitness suite, caf\u00e9 and changing facilities. In addition, the facility will create a valuable social hub with a community caf\u00e9 included and new changing provision to meet the requirements for the proposed facility and external all weather pitch (AWP).\r\n\r\nThe Stage1 award included developing the detailed design for\r\nthe works, contractor involvement and \u0027buildability\u0027 advice which was incorporated into the design prior to submission of a planning application in April 2024. Stage 1 is now complete, the award is for for 2 requirements.",
