    "description": "Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a contract to Hewer Facilities Management Limited to deliver gas servicing and associated works for communal and commercial systems and overspill domestic LGSRs if required. Servicing of communal electrics and associated works and overspill domestic EICRs if required. Also to include provision for servicing, maintenance and repairs of renewable heating systems (such as Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV Panels, Mechanical Heat Recovery, Ground Source Heat Pumps) with no guarantee we would utilise this aspect of the contract. \r\nContract was procured as a direct award via the CHIC Mechanical \u0026 Electrical Framework Lot 1 - Mechanical and Heating Systems and  Lot 2: Electrical and Ventilation (Ref: 2024/S 000-033063)\r\n\r\nOverall contract value is anticipated to be \u00a32,500,000.00 (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pounds) in the aggregate for the Contract Period.
