This is to provide HMRC with evidence based insight, assessment and recommendations to understand its current identity landscape, identify risks and integration gaps and define a clear direction for future identity transformation, specifically aligned to HMRC\u0027s strategic use of Entra ID. This engagement focusses on discovery, workshops and advisory outputs rather than implementation. It is intended to strengthen programme initiation and reduce delivery/ value-for-money risks before HMRC proceeds to larger-scale IAM delivery and commercial activity. This contract will consist of a 12-month initial fixed term, and an optional 12 month extension.",
