    "description": "***THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION**** This contract has been awarded.\r\n\r\nAims and Objectives of the Project\r\n\r\nUK Research and Innovation (UKRU) seeks a supplier to carry out a formative and summative evaluation of a public dialogue commissioned by the UKRI Public Engagement team with support from UKRI\u0027s Sciencewise programme. \r\n\r\nAn independent evaluation is a condition of Sciencewise funding for public dialogue projects.\r\n\r\nThe aim of evaluating the dialogue projects co-funded through the Sciencewise programme is to contribute to the programme\u0027s overall aim by providing an independent assessment of the impacts and quality of the dialogue project as a whole, including the design, delivery, reporting and governance of the dialogue activities.\r\n\r\nThe objectives of Sciencewise programme evaluations are to:\r\n\r\nGather and present objective and robust evidence of the nature and quality of the impacts, achievements and activities of the project in order to come to conclusions.\r\n\r\nIdentify lessons from the project to support the design and delivery of future public dialogue projects.",
