    "description": "The North York Moors National Park Authority are looking to purchase 30 laptops\r\nLaptop minimum Specification:-\r\nIntel i5 Processor or equivalent\r\nminimum 16Gb Ram\r\nminimum 512GB SSD\r\nMinimum 15\" Screen Size\r\nUSB C connectivity\r\nWebcam, mic and speakers built in\r\nMust be TPM 2.0 enabled to allow Bitlocker to be enabled\r\nWindows 11 Pro\r\nWe currently use Dell WD19s Docking blocks and the laptops will have to be compatible with these. The docks use a USB-C connection so having a USB-C connection that carries network, power, and display on the laptop is essential.\r\nWe also utilise Microsoft Autopilot so would be looking to have the new devices enrolled in Autopilot either by the manufacturer or be supplied with the appropriately formatted txt files to import them ourselves.\r\nChoosing criteria will be split as per below:-\r\nLaptop\r\n70% - price\r\n30% - quality\r\nWhere quality will be based on\r\n40% Size of screen\r\n30% newness of the CPU\r\n30% speed of the CPU",
