Tideswell Court is a two-storey building designated as temporary accommodation for vulnerable groups including the homeless, refugees, victims of domestic abuse and ex-prisoners.  \r\n\r\nTideswell Court comprises 32 flats and 1 house.  Work is required to all residential accommodation as well as communal areas.  The work briefly comprises:\r\n\u2022\tAsbestos Removal\r\n\u2022\tStrip out of flooring, kitchen fittings, doors, skirting boards, bathrooms to accommodation.\r\n\u2022\tDemolition of existing / construction of new selected internal walls in communal areas\r\n\u2022\tConstruction and installation of new steel fire escape\r\n\u2022\tReplacing existing windows and doors with fire resistant models\r\n\u2022\tReorganisation of car park to accommodate new thermoplastic markings.\r\n\u2022\tConstruction of a one storey extension to accommodate new staff office.\r\n\u2022\tReplacement kitchens and bathrooms \r\n\u2022\tPlumbing, electrics. plaster boarding, internal joinery, installation of flooring and painting.\r\n\u2022\tDrainage Works\r\n\u2022\tInstallation of mobility scooter charging point\r\n\u2022\tNew bin store\r\n",
