    "description": "Crown Commercial Service is setting up a dynamic purchasing system for the supply of audio visual technical consultancy and commissioning services.  \r\n\r\nCrown Commercial Service is inviting suppliers to request to participate in the Audio Visual Technical Consultancy \u0026 Commissioning DPS. \r\n\r\nThis DPS offers a simple route to purchase Audio Visual Technical Consultancy \u0026 Commissioning services in the public sector.\r\n\r\nIf you are successfully appointed to the DPS following your submission you will be invited by customers (buyers) to submit tenders for relevant services through a call for competition. This DPS remains open for any supplier to request to participate throughout the duration of the DPS. CCS reserves the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime in accordance with the terms set out in the DPS Contract\r\n\r\nAdditional information: This Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement RM6225 is for use by Contracting Authorities in the United Kingdom, British Overseas Territories, and Crown Dependencies, that exist on 28/1/2021 and which fall into one or more of the following categories:  \r\n\r\n1. Any of the following:\r\n\r\n(a) Ministerial government departments;\r\n(b) Non ministerial government departments;\r\n(c) Executive agencies of government;\r\n(d) Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs), including advisory NDPBs, executive NDPBs, and tribunal NDPBs;\r\n(e) Assembly Sponsored Public Bodies (ASPBs);\r\n(f) Police forces;\r\n(g) Fire and rescue services;\r\n(h) Ambulance services;\r\n(i) Maritime and coastguard agency services;\r\n(j) NHS bodies;\r\n(k) Educational bodies or establishments including state schools (nursery schools, primary schools, middle or high schools, secondary schools, special schools), academies, colleges, Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), further education colleges and universities;\r\n(l) Hospices;\r\n(m) National Parks;\r\n(n) Housing associations, including registered social landlords;\r\n(o) Third sector and charities;\r\n(p) Citizens advice bodies;\r\n(q) Councils, including county councils, district councils, county borough councils,\r\ncommunity councils, London borough councils, unitary councils, metropolitan\r\ncouncils, parish councils;\r\n(r) Public corporations;\r\n(s) Public financial bodies or institutions;\r\n(t) Public pension funds;\r\n(u) Central banks; and\r\n(v) Civil service bodies, including public sector buying organisations.\r\n\r\n2. Those listed and maintained by the Government on their website at https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations or any replacement or updated web-link.\r\n\r\n3. Those listed and maintained by the Office of National Statistics (ONS) at https://www.ons.gov.uk/economy/nationalaccounts/uksectoraccounts/datasets/public sectorclassificationguide or any replacement or updated web-link.\r\n\r\n4. Those bodies in England, Wales or Northern Ireland which are within the scope of the definition of \"Contracting Authority\" in regulation 2(1) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR) and/or Schedule 1 PCR.\r\n\r\nPlease note the Closing Date, Contract Start Date and Contract End Date have been manipulated to support compatibility system issues. However please refer to the contract notice for the correct dates, timelines etc.\r\n\r\nThe initial duration of this contract was 36 months  with the  option to extend  for a further 12 months.  This duration period was utilised  and the DPS has been extended for s further 12 months with an uplift in value to \u00a365million.",
