Supply and fitting of new Windows and Doors to 47 properties within the Alnwick Area of Northumberland.\r \r The works shall include the removal and cart away of existing windows and/or doors, the fitting of new in accordance with the specification, and to meet all ACOPS and current regulations, making good, and all associated works.\r \r Indicative photographs of sample properties, and examples of front and rear door designs are provided within Appendix C.\r 25 of these properties are leaseholders therefore a Section 20 process must be adhered too. This will involve extending the validity period of acceptance on the form of tender to 120 days. This is to accommodate the extra time required to liaise with all leaseholders involved.\r \r NOTE: The Client will raise an order with the successful contractor to the value of the price works.
