    "description": "Submissions in paper format to Coleford Town Council office:\r\n4, Mushet Walk, Coleford GL16 8BQ\r\n\r\nParish Maintenance\r\nBased on the Landscape and Ecological Management Plan (LEMP) \r\nand Landscape Management and Maintenance Plan (LMMP)\r\n\r\nBells Field\r\nAll hard landscaping maintenance tasks in LEMP including:\r\nOpening vehicle gates at 7am, closing at dusk.\r\nDaily litter picking, removing leaves, rubbish or debris\r\nDaily check of buoyancy aid and signage at pond\r\nDaily visual safety checks of Skate Park, Multi-Use Games Area, Pump Track, Trim and Balance Trails, remove leaf litter and graffiti\r\nWeekly recorded and documented safety inspection of play areas, with monthly operational inspections, reporting issues\r\nMonthly inspection and clearance of cattle grid, inspection chambers, manholes and swales\r\nMonthly weed control by applicator (not spray) of hard landscape areas in summer\r\nQuarterly inspections of railings, fencing, walls, steps, permeable areas, street furniture, lighting, and habitat features, reporting issues\r\nQuarterly inspections and clearance of sustainable drainage system inlets and outlets, including the pond, and cleaning all seats\r\nSix-monthly inspection and clearance of hydrobrake chamber and catchpits\r\nAnnual removal of leaf fall from paved areas\r\nAnnual jet-wash of paved areas\r\nAnnual safety inspection of site, and after any extreme weather\r\n\r\nPlay Areas\r\nWeekly recorded and documented safety inspection, report to CTC, play areas at:\r\nAngel Vale (x2)\r\nBale Memorial Ground\r\nFoxglove Way\r\nSylvan Close\r\n\r\nFence \u0026 Gate Maintenance\r\nAs required, call-off repairs and maintenance to fencing at:\r\nAngel Vale\r\nBells Field \r\nCemetery\r\nCopley Drive\r\nForest Road\r\nFoxglove Way \r\nKing George V playing field\r\nSylvan Close\r\nWalnut Close\r\n\r\nOther Call-Off Tasks\r\nPossibly including:\r\n\u2022 Grass cutting, strimming and weed control at sites around the town\r\n\u2022 Cleaning signs\r\n\u2022 Clearing play areas and making play area matting safe\r\n\u2022 Pressure washing pavilion at King George V playing field\r\n\u2022 Removing storm debris\r\n\u2022 Salt spreading in winter conditions\r\n\r\nLitter and Waste Management\r\nWeekly clearance of 13 dog waste bins, plus monthly washing at:\r\nAngel Vale\r\nAngus Buchanan VC Recreation Ground (2 bins)\r\nBells Field (4 bins)\r\nBixhead Walk\r\nForest Road\r\nFoxglove Way\r\nKing George V playing field\r\nM Tech (off Tufthorn Avenue)\r\nBale Memorial Ground\r\n\r\nWeekly clearance of 24 litter bins at:\r\nAngel Vale (4 bins)\r\nAngus Buchanan VC Recreation Ground (twice weekly)\r\nBale Memorial Ground (2 bins)\r\nBells Field (4 bins)\r\nCemetery (4 bins)\r\nCoalway Recreation Ground (2 bins)\r\nCopley Drive\r\nFoxglove Way (2 bins)\r\nKing George V playing field (3 bins)\r\nSylvan Close\r\nPutting the wheelie bins at Bells Field out for weekly collection, and green waste bins at Cemetery for fortnightly collection. \r\n\r\nWeekly litter picking at 10 sites, removing litter from paths, benches, grass, trees and hedges.\r\nAngel Vale\r\nBale Memorial Ground\r\nCemetery\r\nCopley Drive\r\nForest Road\r\nFoxglove Way\r\nKing George V playing field\r\nOld Station Way\r\nSylvan Close\r\nWalnut Close",
